Bad Purchase Experience
I ordered a heat press with platens and covers included. It was a package deal. When it shipped it said one item was out of stock and was back ordered. I never got it. When I asked about it I was told they canceled the order because the item was out of stock! I had to ask for a refund 3x before I got a refund. Beware.
