Having previous purchased Our Place…
Having previous purchased Our Place cookware, which did not live up to durability expectations, my husband bought me a titanium perfect pot pro in chrome / gold for Christmas. 6 months later, the gold finish has completely disappeared from one of the handles. We contacted Our Place with photos and videos. Apparently we have to return the pot before a replacement will be sent to us. So I am without a pan I use daily for goodness knows how long. Very poor customer service. Have given it 2 stars because the pot otherwise is great.
