I called to find out how I can make deposits to my account. The representative I spoke with was Kendra and she was very helpful and pleasant. She explained that I could make cash deposits to my account at participating ATMs and walked me through how to locate the specific ATMs with that capability in the NBKC App. Kendra saved me the time and money of having to wire money from my WellsFargo account to my NBKC account.
Xavier was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was frustrated that my business debit card wouldn’t allow me to set my PIN and it was because I was calling from my personal cell instead I’d my business cell phone. She walked me through the process and even waited for me to call the activation line on 3-way to ensure that all went well. She went over and above and I’m grateful that I spoke with her because I was about ready to find another bank. In this case, it was user error but Xavier didn’t make me feel like it was my fault. Great service 10 toes down!!!
