Furniture now received! Smooth transaction thanks to Joseph! Want to order and pick up furniture on Monday - why is it so hard?
Update! Contacted Joseph who was very efficient and helpful! He managed to organize the furniture to be available Monday at “will call” as requested. Pick up was very smooth and look forward to seeing the furniture in place. Before. I explained to Clara I wanted furniture that was available and did not have to wait for months. She sent me specific quote for which meant I had to wait at least 12 weeks. I did want a queen sofa bed, but did not want to wait and that was not made clear to me. As I didn't feel she was totally straight with me, I called back today to order furniture from someone different. Spoke to Zach and it appears I couldn't do something simple such as order my furniture today to pick up on Monday. (We went round in circles for 30 minutes on the phone) but by then it was too late to order as 4pm. I just want to order around 4k worth of furniture, pick up at either Santa Fe or La Harbor on Monday at 'will call" Wouldn't you think that would be easy??? Nope...not possible apparently...
