Answer not specific enough
U replied my question promptly. But u did not answer to the point until I pushed it . I want to get a definite answer if my eticket is valid or not but u keep telling me the general conditions of a valid ticket but did not review on my specific case and tell me if mine is ok. Not until i sent my passport to you and asked for a firm answer then u passively confirmed it is valid. We exchanged 3 emails in total to get a satisfactory reply .
