Impossible to get refunds
★☆☆☆☆ The advertised discounts SOUND good, but actually getting them approved is basically impossible (by design). Instead of an automatic process, I you have to email customer support and wait for approval before receiving the discount. This completely defeats the purpose of a convenient savings service and makes using the PAID ($19/month) membership frustrating (by design). For 10% discount I’d need to be buying $190 of Kohls products monthly *just to break even*!! F———
