Shipping went wrong - still haven't received product
I ordered the product. Shipping took longer than expected due to making it through customs. I was finally notified that a carrier in the US had it and it was out for delivery. Delivery attempt was made but the package wasn't left due to "bad address". There is nothing wrong with the address. It's a perfectly legit address. They said they would reattempt delivery. They never have. I reached out to customer service. They told me to check with my local post office. I did. The post office doesn't have it and the tracking number is not a USPS tracking number. The tracking number isn't a FedEx, UPS, or DSL number either. I don't know where the package is.
