It has been taking more than 2 weeks of back & forth and the team has yet to address my customisation requests. One of the customisation design got messed up (which should be very simple; your team simply has to follow the design as per attachment). I need to constantly follow up every day and get passed from agent to agent. The service used to be much better and I used to be very impressed with your team's efficiency and problem solving. I am disappointed at much the service has deteriorated.
