Liars with Lies
On October 7, 2022 after 5 months of trying to get a wheel balancer combo machine which arrived defective we obliged everything customer service/warranty rep requested; including working on the machine for which we have no expertise in. We were promised compensation which has yet to arrive, no one returns our calls or emails. We just consistently get ignored. No one ever has a solution but they transfer you to a VM or an extention that tells you to press buttons for this and that and still no one answers. This is the promise which has not been fulfilled- We want to make sure we get you taken care of and keep our end of the deal by cutting you a check for self-diagnosing and attempting to repair the equipment for the amount of $188.00. Please complete the required document for us to process the check for you and send them back to us at your earliest convenience.
