Initially I ordered 1 brow pro set however, after placing the order I realised by the emails & prices that a 3 set had been ordered. I immediately contacted them & asked that this be corrected. I then received 2 additional offers of discounts on the 3 pack & noticed that both the charges for a 1 pack & a 3 pack had been deducted from my bank account. I did receive a refund for the 3 pack after a few days. The product gives the impression that there is an " individual fine hair" affect but they are solid pieces of foam & in my case they appear too large for my face.
