Poor quaility and consistency
Quality and consistency have gone downhill. I printed the exact same logo for three different orders. The first transfer wouldn't stick to the carrier sheet, the second was fine, and the third cut off some letters. The fact that the same file can produce three different results says everything. On top of that, every order I've placed over the last few months has had some kind of issue. I wasn't dealing with these problems several months ago. Customer support has gotten just as bad, they take weeks to respond and even longer to resolve anything. I reached out to their "Resolution Center" when this first happened. As of today (7/21), a month and a half later they have finally closed out the resolution. Unacceptable.
