Absolutely do not recommend
Absolutely do not recommend! Shocking customer service!! Bought a printer and just after 30 days the printer broke. Spent money trying to fix ourselves the simple options and didn’t work so contacted Bambu .. after a few back and forths I purchased a new printer and was told I’d get a refund as soon as they had the broken one back. Well firstly they gave me an Evri label and told me multiple times to drop it off, on the day I was dropping it off they decided to tell me I can’t drop it off due to its size. They then gave me a XDP label. Sat waiting in for 2 days for XDP no one came for it, emailed XDP to be told Bambu lab hadn’t booked it in correctly to even be collected!! So I sorted that. Bambu lab was replying every 6-24 hours during all this. However as soon as they knew XDP had collected my parcel I haven’t heard from them since the 6th September! XDP have confirmed that Bambu lab have the printer back and still no reply or refund! Currently £649 out of pocket! Opened a dispute with the bank. Would never recommend buying a 3D printer from this company. Shocking customer service
