Great programs with great service
I’ve been buying little programs on NewMindStart for a couple of years. They are very affordable and always of good quality. Membership is a little too pricy for me, but getting a programs that interests me every once in a while is great. I asked for a refund for one program that just wasn’t right for me within the 14-day period. I got a response from a real person the same day, offering a program trade. I mentioned another little issue, got a prompt response, got the program trade. So very pleased with such kind and effective customer service.
