Above and Beyond
I don't often leave reviews; however, they went above and beyond with my glasses -- sending me not only a free case and not only a free cleaning cloth but also back-up replacement lenses with the fishing line needed to install them should the need arise in the future. They also honored a coupon code I asked them to apply to my order after I placed the order. All in all, I shopped frames + progressives with the coatings in 10 in-person stores and about 6 online stores. With the coupon code, they had the best prices. They even delivered two days earlier than expected. Five stars!
