I'm really pleased with these. I've worn glasses for 35 years, and in that time have ordered several pairs online (vs likely a dozen in shops) and basically every time I regret it... not this time. These sunglasses are perfect - look, fit, lens quality, you name it. They're the very brand I was promised and came reasonably quickly. I will use this website again, no question. Thank you!

I LOVE this website! It is easy to use and you can get gorgeous designer frames with or without a prescription at 1/3 of the cost at the eye doctor. The “Try It On” is pretty accurate and hasn’t failed me yet. I’ve ordered multiple pairs of prescription. Glasses and sunglasses and have only had one issue with my script. The customer service was excellent and they immediately sent me a replacement. I highly recommend using this website!!!

I saw the exact pair on Designer Frames Outlet that was 40% off retail and then they sent me a code for an additional 15% off. Fast shipping and they arrived in the correct Prada packaging. I don't often leave reviews; however, they went above and beyond with my glasses -- sending me not only a free case and not only a free cleaning cloth but also back-up replacement lenses with the fishing line needed to install them should the need arise in the future. They also honored a coupon code I asked them to apply to my order after I placed the order. All in all, I shopped frames + progressives with the coatings in 10 in-person stores and about 6 online stores. With the coupon code, they had the best prices. They even delivered two days earlier than expected. Five stars!
Very bad value
Purchased a pair of prescription glasses at end of April and received the glasses at the end of May (less than 2 months ago). Spent almost $300 for them. Also purchased the 2 year extended warranty. The frame has broken twice since then. They refuse to replace it the second time saying only 1 replacement per frame is covered. What is the sense of the 2 year extended warranty then? Oh and no phone number to speak with anyone either, everything is done thru email. Stay clear of this company with their bad business practices and lack of communication.

Rough start but great finish
I used this site to order my new glasses. At first there was an issue that I thought I would not be able to get my glasses after waiting for close to 3 weeks. After a couple of follow up emails and having to call in, my issue was corrected and I am very happy. I was helped by Brenda in customer service and she definitely turned my experience around. She saw what happened and was able to completely control and make this a great experience. I have received my glasses and am extremely happy. I will be ordering from them again.

Do not buy from them. Their lenses peel and won’t be able to see thru them by the end of year. In 20 years of buying glasses i have never seen anything like it. Crappy cheap online seller. They do not refund or replace. Their brand has zero integrity
