Incredible experience—perfect progressives right out of the box!
After researching a ton of different online eyewear companies, I found that Designer Frames easily had the best deals, the best selection of frames, and high-end lenses at a much lower cost than everyone else. My glasses arrived exactly within the promised timeframe. This was my very first pair of progressive lenses, and I was a bit nervous because so many people had warned me that it would take days of taking them on and off to finally adjust to them. Whatever technology they use in these lenses is amazing! I didn't need an adjustment period at all. I put them on, and they worked perfectly for me right away with zero downtime. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I will definitely be using Designer Frames again!

VERY disappointed with the service
VERY disappointed with the service. I bought a Miumiu sunglasses model MU07ZS on May 29th to take to my trip on June 11th I even paid for the next day delivery to make sure that I had the sunglasses on time. The glasses were supposed to ship on Friday, June 5th, but they didn't, so I contacted customer service to find out why the order was still being processed. Customer service informed me on Monday, June 8th, that they were waiting for the sunglasses to arrive from the factory and that, once they arrived, they would undergo a quality inspection before being shipped to me. Well, the glasses arrived today, but they sent me the WRONG model inside the box for the model I actually bought. WTF?! I still don't know if it was incompetence or if they tried to pull a fast one on me. I’ve emailed customer service again and am waiting for a reply. Either way, I won't be buying from this store again; I just hope to get this sorted out. Anyway, it was a terrible experience. Super frustrating.

I ordered frames to replace a name brand pair that broke and were not reparable. The replacement frames came in the time that Designer Frames stated and they were the exact frames I needed for my prescription lenses to fit into! SUCCESS!!

Horrible lenses, horrible support
Horrible company. The lenses were ver poor quality, had an annoying tint to them and the prescription was wrong because they were blurry. They took forever to respond and then they asked for a picture?? What can they tell from a picture? Their reply after over a week was "still waiting for "the lab" to email them back". I'm going to send the frames to lensable to have quality lenses put in. I regretfully bought another pair that are on their way. If they are low quality garbage lenses, I'll send them to lensable as well. My experience tracks with all of the real reviews here. If you have problems, you'll get zero help....and it's highly likely you'll have problems.

The price was reasonable, leaning upwards but I was able to get my prescription filled with new frames; m happy with my purchase. I will recommend Designer Frames Outlet to anyone looking for original luxury brands at an affordable prices. My order was placed and delivered within a couple of weeks. It seemed like a long wait due to my excitement; the quality frames and lenses are worth the wait. I will order from Designer Frames Outlet for my next pair.
