I do not recommend this company to… I do not recommend this company to anyone. On July 25th last year we flew with airSerbia via Belgrade to Thessaloniki. Our plane had already left Amsterdam with a significant delay, so we missed the connection from Belgrade to Thessaloniki. Click2refund very quickly offered to collect compensation from airSerbia. We sent all the papers, they said a maximum processing time of 3 months. Almost 1 year has passed.. We received nothing, only empty explanations and empty promises that if something happens they will notify us.. Never again this company!!!! I much rather recommend the airHelp team.. Update! Deze recensie werd in juni 2026 gepubliceerd en is inmiddels verwijderd. Na de negatieve recensie heeft Click2Refund alleen mijn compensatie uitbetaald. Toen ik vroeg waarom slechts één passagier gecompenseerd was, kreeg ik als antwoord dat de claims van de andere twee passagiers nog niet verwerkt waren. Als ik ze tegelijkertijd, op hetzelfde claimformulier, indien, hoe kunnen ze de compensatieclaims dan afzonderlijk verwerken??? IK RAAD DE DIENST VAN CLICK2REFUND NIEMAND AAN!!!!
