Absolutely don't trust them
Absolutely don't trust them! Customer service is a disgrace and agents lack accountability. For a simple request to change email on booking from their own email, to my personal one so I can manage my booking is apparently moving a mountain. I had to email about 5 agents, emails, live chat no response just automated replies. Getting passed around and having to explain each time is so stupid. Asked to raise a complain but never heard about it. I do not trust this company and would not recommenced at all.
