Extreme slow Recovery
Scanning takes time which makes sense as it has to rebuild all the track / path to lost files. Recovery is extreme slow, when seeking help from the support team, they offer that, I purchase their support plan to speed up the recovery. Tool works but, if someone is trying to recover a few Gigs of data, good luck with time.
