Terrible customer support.
Terrible customer support. Antenna stopped working after 2 months. Contacted customer support. Online check They kept dragging the onsite visit. Told me to restart. Reboot. Reset. A total waste of time!! Nothing works. Told me this is a "common problem"!!!! Be warned.... Even after haggling for several more times over online chat. technical support can only come like 1 week later!!! *face palm* A total let down I thot I should support local company. It turned out to be a mistake. Asgood as no TV. Missed the Fifa World.cup!!1
