Shady business practices
Their trial to subscription conversion happend in an unethical fashion. When I messaged them about the fact that I am not using their service and I'd like my money back, they refused; so I am disputing their charges. Horrible customer-service, avoid if possible! Update: I did reach out to support first. You said there is nothing you can do about it. I am just sharing my experience with the lot of you after the fact
