To be honest I would be less upset if they didn't advertise DVD recovery. Trust me when I tell you that if make.mkv doesn't rip the disc WinX definitely will not. Now, it just freezes up and I can't even try the safe mode. I have emailed them daily so far, got one reply. If any of you have used EaseUS, and know that is just a rebranded UI to execute poweshell commands, commands we all have access to, this is kind of the same thing for ripping. Not really impressed.
