A bit slow but got ticket
I concerned alot because of bad reviews. Upon their website, ticket is supposed to get delivered in 2 hours but I didn't receive any. So I sent my concern via contract form as calling their number wasnt connected.Luckily they replied back to me soon and issued ticket some hours later.
