Very disappointing
Very disappointing - did not credit my Avios! I booked with Agoda, because there was an offer to get avios if booking with them. So, when the time arrives to claim my avios, they refused to credit my avios, claiming many times and they said was not entitled to the avios. Such a shame.Never again!!
