Made wrong and took over a month to ship
The tote bag I ordered with a name on it came spelled wrong. The yellow sweater I ordered came and was actually orange (gross). The sizes run very small. On top of this it took over a month for them to even ship the order and my multiple emails got condescending responses with no offers to fix it or make it right.
