Once a fan of Agoda, now no longer.
Second issue in a row with these guys, and this time they actually broke UK CONSUMER LAW, and has not addressed it in my complaint so therefore seeing if they react here. They refused to disclose with whom I booked my accommodation with (3rd Party) It’s a long story and it’s to do with a booking for a hotel in Copenhagen. I will not post booking reference here, for obvious reasons. Nandita at Agoda is the one responsible for this complete and false claim about not being able to tell me.
