Getting Started - Excellent First Steps
I had never used an online translation service before, but I was doing research on my Italian ancestry for our family tree and had received some photographs of century old documents from a group of Italian researchers. They offered a synopsis of what was included in the trove of documents, but I wanted a verbatim translation. I chatted online with Vincent at Vanan Services, and we agreed to review a few of the documents to see if their team could read and translate the cursive script documents. The price for translation was MORE THAN FAIR, so I sent the first few documents for review. They agreed to assess the documents to see if an accurate translation was possible. I'll await their analysis, but the approach is very professional and suggests confidence.
