****I would suggest not to order anything from this site. VERY non ethical !! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes they said handmade in Kobe. Got email confirmation very quickly n notification of shipping. Everything as usual till this point. Item arrived with torn shoe boxes smashed inside a too small bag. Shoes were much larger than the normal shoe size compared to other retailers. No marking of made nor material at all on the shoes. Should I trust Kobe handmade ? I immediately emailed to ask for a refund which the site declared refund available…. Following the instruction on site. Now a few email had been sent since 3weeks. Got no reply still from them。 VERY BAD !!! Would actually be a sub zero star !!!!!!!
