Disappointing experience, poor support, and no distribution
I chose TooLost because I wanted a reliable distributor to release my music on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and other streaming platforms. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. My releases appear in the system, but they have not been delivered to the music stores. The biggest issue, however, is the customer support. Despite contacting them multiple times, I have received no helpful response. Days go by without any reply, solution, or explanation. As a paying customer, I expect issues to be taken seriously and resolved within a reasonable time. Instead, I was left in the dark, with no idea why my music was not being distributed. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Until TooLost improves its customer support and reliably resolves distribution issues, I cannot recommend this service.
