Don’t do it
Attempted to place an order for 5 pairs of socks with my bosses face on them for us to all wear to Christmas party. Had 5 pairs in the cart, checked out via the website, order only had one pair on it. I attempted to email customer service but the email wouldn’t deliver and just sat in my outbox. Used the chat function on their website. First chat agent timed out, second chat agent abruptly ended chat when I stated I felt like the whole thing was a little suspicious. The third agent allegedly cancelled the order for me but was also a little shady when I said I was concerned about the security of my information. Agent stated that they weren’t able to talk to me about that because my information was no longer under their supervision… which is alarming. Just a very odd experience.
