Nearly a perfect experience
I found the operators all quite knowledgable and pleasant, as well as very prompt in their replies to my questions. I must say that when I decided which offer to accept that there suddenly appeared on my screen some extra charges I did not know about, making the final total rather more than I had hoped. Still, I am Glad I had this experience, since in the past I had always booked my flights directly with the airline.
