Chinese Hat Scam. Same as TiendaHat.
I ordered 2 6X Felt Cowboy Hats fitted in a 7-1/8 (57) size. They shipped me two cotton or wool, dollar store quality hats folded up in a shoebox. They were folded and creased in such a way that even if they were an acceptable quality they were ruined. One was the wrong color and both of them were a wrong, universal type size.
