Lack of Follow-up
The review is regarding a recent issue I experienced while trying to place an order through your website. When I initially encountered the problem, I was told the site was being updated and to try again in an hour. Unfortunately, that one hour turned into a second phone call and ultimately a 24-hour delay before the issue was resolved. During that time, I explained to customer service that this was a time-sensitive order and asked if the company would be willing to cover expedited shipping due to the delay caused by the system issue. I was told I would receive a follow-up call, but that call never came. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication and support, especially considering the urgency I communicated.
