DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The customer service took almost 3 weeks to respond. They sent me the wrong wig and the wrong color. They argued that the wig was the same. They did not adhere to their return policy. The wig is in tact, the lace was not cut. The wig was not brushed, combed, cut still in the package, and they will not let me return it for a refund. It clearly says on their website that they will take returns and give refund if wig is in the condition it was sent. I am very very upset!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
