No CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP - Broken water pump
The first year was fantastic. However, exactly a year after purchase my water pump is no longer working. I can not get a live person on the phone and my emails and forms submitted are ignored. Now it is completely useless and takes up space collecting dust because I can not get any CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!
