40W Light stopped working abruptly and NO support
UPDATE: Still no resolution. I did get a reply. One rep passed me on to another. But the second one said said I didn't get in touch with them before the 1-year warranty (we both have the proof that I did; maybe they didn't check the history of this case?), and then they sent me a link to a newer version, saying that a rep at that link would give me a discount. They made no mention of how much the discount would be, and with no way to reach the rep. I went back to both of these reps about how to get in touch with the third rep, but no one has responded. ORIGINAL POST: I was initially impressed with Ulanzi as a great value and bought several items. But now my 40W LED light suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason after only a few uses and less than a year since purchase, during a photography session no less, which was disappointing enough, but when I reached out to Ulanzi support I was even more disappointed that they offered none. They passed me an email of someone else who never answered at all, and then just ghosted me when I asked if there was any other way to get support.
