I hate to have to leave this review for…
I hate to have to leave this review for a company that truly does have really great products. I’ve used Mayraki for about five years now I took a little bit of a break and recently ordered again and what I’ve learned is, what many of the other reviews state, is true- they do not ship your products. Nor do they respond to the multiple emails you send, to be fair, I did recieve one reply to the first email I sent weeks after my order sat “awaiting fulfilment” and I was promised, and I quote, that they “would be right back with a tracking number”, they never came back with the tracking number. And just decided to reply to any of my multiple follow up emails. I’ve even tried to reach out via Facebook and Instagram and not a peep from this company. Hey Mayraki, if you read these either send me my product or or issue me a refund this is a really brutal look. I am about a week away from blasting this company on a social account that has a massive following. Just a shame they can’t get their act together.. So if you’re considering ordering from this company just keep your heads up, folks.
