STAY AWAY FROM GROWATT
STAY AWAY FROM GROWATT. VERY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. We waited for 5 months for our growatt system to be installed, we emailed,called and was always told someone would be out next week but nobody ever turned up then we would complain again and still nothing happened. The company does not respond for at least a week to you complain again. Then we were told our growatt system was up in an electricians garage in new castle and he couldn't be bothered to come down to install it. Eventually someone from Sydney came up to Central Coast to install it, but they didn't have a the right parts (inverter) to finish the installation, was told it would be here next week and we are still waiting,now it's been 4 weeks and no one from growatt is returning our calls or emails. They want us to start paying but I refuse to pay for something that is not complete. We DO NOT have any more confidence and patience with dealing with this company. I WOULD NOT recommend for anyone to use thus company. They need to improve there service drastically. If growatt had been honest and kept us up to date on the proress things would be different.
