Bad car host but good customer service
Bad car host but good customer service. The car I booked had some damages and the owner told me that it will not available for my booking. The owner refused to cancel and instead ask me to cancel instead which meant that I would likely not get a full refund. After asking him multiple times but to no avail, I decided to contact the customer service for assistance. Marga and Roseanne were extremely helpful and replied to my query almost instantly. They told me that I will be able to get my full refund and that made my day a little better. Thanks a lot!
