Horrendous complete scam of a company
Horrendous complete scam of a company. 2nd time dealing with them, 2nd time having problems with quality & damage issues. Sent me a personalised wallet they they admitted was damaged before they even sent it & they still printed my photo over the damage & sent it to me anyway! Clearly no quality control & certainly no customer care. Ridiculous. Paid more to order a wallet claiming to be leather but said imitation leather on the paperwork once arrived. Poor quality plastic coated wallet with coating already peeling. Engraving very poor quality even though they told me in the proof that it was good. Delivery delayed too. Just everything a complete sham. Then took 11 emails from me to get a refund for the damaged item! Completely ignored their own published ts&cs to try to scam me out of a refund. I offered to return but they didn't want it back. I was polite & patient throughout but just ignored constantly. Only finally sorted it out, a month down the line after I told them that I would be reporting them to Trading Standards. Avoid! Worth paying more to order from a legit company instead.
