High speed Low drag
Sprinter kit: I can’t say enough good things about this company but first things first. The product itself to date has been remarkable. It’s been a year now and it’s still going strong. It gets me all over the city and I wonder how I ever got around without it. The customer service has been fantastic as well… on each occasion they’ve gotten back to me almost immediately. After a year I contacted the company to see if I could order an additional battery that I would be able plug in with the system I currently have so I would be able cover greater distances if the need arose because I didn’t see it as an option on the site itself. The customer service rep actually kept me in the loop with emails as she personally saw to its quality control tests and the hand delivering of it to her shipping department. That sort of commitment to excellence is a rare find but when experienced it isn’t something I believe should go unmentioned. I consider it a privilege to be able to leave such a positive review. USA Strong.
