A very positive experience in Bologna Aiport
The pick-up process was quick and seamless. The staff member at the Bologna Airport desk was warm, professional, and took the time to explain all requirements and available options, as the car category we had booked was unavailable. She offered us an excellent alternative vehicle in great condition. The drop-off was just as smooth and efficient, taking less than two minutes. Overall, a very positive experience
