Afriex is beyond awful
Afriex is beyond awful. I couldn’t access my money for almost 2 weeks and had to make multiple calls and send repeated emails to get it released. There were roadblocks at every step of the process. Customer support is mostly useless. Emails take days and need chasing; calls go unanswered, and most of the agents seem completely clueless. The exchange rates are atrocious and the limits are restrictive. I eventually got my money out, but only through persistence. No one should have to fight this hard to access their own funds. Use at your own risk.
