Cancelled my tickets in the middle of the night
They messaged me in the middle of the night about my train schedule. By the time I woke up they had cancelled my tickets for not replying. They said they gave me 6 hours. They messaged me at 1 am in the morning they day of my trip. I do not recommend you use them. Use trainline or omnio.
