Have written to customer service for a…
Have written to customer service for a justification of having to Self-drop off the return item, having said that it does cause many inconveniences to have this DROP off for 30Km thru/forth, despite of paying the cost of S$9.99 . it is unbelievable of such arrangement by smartBuy Glasess. Nevertheless Ms.April have taken into kind consideration and return the charges of S$9.99 to me and will be credited into my original payment account. this is a great service to understand what i have been thru and is highly appreciated for her constructive decision.
