A frustrating experience with a good conclusion
In my search for a veil I found one at JJs house. Something went wrong because it was a sale item. I ordered another but sadly the same thing happend. I spend many days messaging al lot with JJshouse till we found a solution that worked from both sides. In the last contact I felt taken seriously and the solution they offered felt fair to me. They explained in the sale sometimes items are put back in de wrong bag, this is why the chance for a mistake is a little bigger. I changed this review because after I posted this, we found a solution after all. Thank you. It took a little to long to understand each other but I am really glad we found an solution.
