"For safety concerns, DHgate has closed your account."
I placed 2 orders and to my surprise, i came back days later to track my orders and the site told me "for safety concerns, DHgate has closed your account." I find this very corny and untrustworthy, it gives me the impression that this site does it on purpose to take people's money without giving them their orders and no way of communication ( BTW I tried using the customer service but it required me to put in my account details which had already been closed. Eventually I had to create a new account to reach the customer service but the person i was talking to seem to be a bot). This is very disturbing and would make me not want to use this platform at all again.
