I ordered a star for my grandma as a bereavement gift. She lost her husband and a star seemed liked the perfect gift! When ordering I accidentally had a typo in the name and was so sad she was going to get his star with the wrong spelling on it. Customer support changed the name right away and let me know it was being shipped correctly and sent updated documents of the change. You guys rock!!
