Once again a great shopping experience…
Over all and once again a great shopping experience. All the lamps I had ordered are working and of good quality. Two of them got stuck or lost somewhere during shipping. (I had ordered 5 lamps) The missing two lamps were re-shipped and finally arrived. (late, but they arrived!) Support was very helpful and responsive all the time, helping me to get the missing lamps issue sorted out and solved. This is definitely how customer support should act! (helping, not hiding!) Thanks again! 👌
