TWO faded shirts and a missing one!
I ordered a Nathan Pyle cartoon t-shirt on Threadless as a Christmas present for my daughter in Nov 2022. It arrived in early Dec but it was faded! What was supposed to be Earth (you know, blue and green) was light grey and dark grey. I wrote to them and they apologised and said they would send me another. At the end of Jan 2023, I wrote them to say I never received a second shirt so they were nice enough to send out another but said it would be the last. I JUST received it last week. Four months after my initial order. And it is ALSO FADED! Exactly the same as the first one! So my daughter has two faded shirts of the same design and no proper present! I had been so excited to get this for her but it has been one huge disappointment. Their customer service was quick in replying emails and polite, but unfortunately quite ineffectual.
